The replacement Stainless Steel burners are made here in our factory. They are a direct replacement for all versions of the LM210-28-J and LM210-40-J grills. It is normal that overtime with the extreme heat that any stainless steel burner will loose it’s protective properties and start to corrode. On new style firebox’s, these burners can be replaced without any tools. Simply slide the front opening over the valve, fit the nut in the rear of the burner into the keyhole provided in the firebox, and it automatically locks into place..

Burner Adjustment

To adjust the burners, it is best to do it at night when you can clearly see the flame. With the drip pan pulled out, use a phillips head screw driver to loosen the screw for the air shutter. For natural gas, your gas company should provide between 7 to 11 inches of water column (WC) and for Propane 11 to 20 WC.
