Damages due to shipping

It is imperative that you inspect all your packages before you sign for them from the delivery company. If you notice any damage it is very important to note the damage in writing with the delivery company BEFORE signing for it. You have the right to reject the shipment before it is signed for from the delivery company. If the package was damaged please reject and contact our offices (908) 475-5315.

Return Process

LazyMan outdoor products are handcrafted here in the United States. For that reason we must enforce a 10% restocking fee. For any custom built items are not returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.


To exchange or return a product you must call LazyMan Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) BEFORE shipping. It will be the purchasers responsibility to pack and ship the product. You must return the product in the original shipping packaging and follow any shipping requirements of the shipping company. The RMA must be clearly labeled on the box, as well as the RMA sheet which needs to be included inside the box. Any shippments which are returned in other then original packaging, missing RMA’s or billed to LazyMan will be refused.
